We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Digital Marketing Executive/Graphic Designer to lead Hindex Group’s growth across digital channels, social media, websites, marketplaces, and direct-to-consumer platforms.

- Design and develop product catalogues related to food-grade products, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and visual appeal.
- Coordinate with the sales department to provide graphic support for technical submittals.
- Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including websites, social media, and email marketing.
- Design marketing materials such as banners, posters, flyers, brochures, catalogues, and roll-up displays.
- Manage and maintain the organization’s website(s) and e-commerce store, ensuring functionality, usability, and up-to-date content.
- Write, edit, and optimize content for websites and social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform marketing strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
- Ensure product images, descriptions, and information are accurate, visually appealing, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Manage online store inventory by adding new products, updating details, and monitoring stock levels.
- Handle client accounts for the online store, including processing orders, responding to inquiries, and resolving complaints or delivery issues.
- Identify SEO best practices related to inventory, pre-orders, and pricing to enhance visibility and search rankings.
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including design, content writing, and list management.
- Create online advertisements and manage pay-per-click (PPC) ad campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics and use insights to refine strategy and content.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing and communication materials.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to enhance customer experience and interface design.
- Identify new trends and technologies in digital marketing, ensuring the brand stays ahead of industry developments, especially in mobile marketing.
- Support promotional campaigns through creative marketing strategies and B2B digital platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and develop innovative campaign ideas.
- Work on printed materials to complement online initiatives.
- Ensure attention to detail, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and meet project deadlines.
- Maintain and update the company website and online store with accurate product information.
- Optimize website content and product listings using SEO best practices to improve online visibility.
- Support the sales and estimation teams with graphics for technical submittals and presentations.
- Develop creative visuals and content to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Required:
- Bachelor degree in Graphic Design or related fine arts field.
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in Digital Marketing or similar role, Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices, perfect knowledge of web analytics tools, skills and experience in creative content writing. Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
