Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and versatile Graphic & Motion Designer to join our Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing eye-catching graphics, creating engaging motion content, and supporting all digital marketing initiatives across social media, paid ads, websites, and other online platforms. This role combines creativity with marketing strategy to deliver impactful visual content that drives engagement, brand awareness, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creative Design:
• Design visually appealing graphics, banners, posters, infographics, and other digital assets for campaigns.
• Develop branding materials consistent with company guidelines.
• Motion & Video Content:
• Create short-form video content, animations, reels, GIFs, and motion graphics for social media and ad campaigns.
• Edit video content for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and paid promotions.
• Digital Marketing Support:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create content tailored for various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Ads, etc.).
• Optimize designs and videos for different aspect ratios and resolutions.
• Campaign Execution:
• Work with the digital marketing manager to conceptualize and design creatives for ad campaigns, email marketing, and landing pages.
• Ensure designs are engaging, on-brand, and aligned with campaign goals.
• Research & Innovation:
• Stay updated with the latest design, social media, and motion trends.
• Suggest creative ideas to enhance digital presence and audience engagement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
