Digital Marketing Executive (Hospitality Sector Required)

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to support the online presence, brand visibility, and revenue growth of our hospitality operations. The role focuses on managing digital campaigns, social media, website content, and performance analytics to enhance guest engagement and drive bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid and organic digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and other relevant platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI, conversions, and occupancy rates.
  • Coordinate seasonal promotions, special offers, and event marketing.

2. Social Media & Content

  • Manage daily activity across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other channels.
  • Create engaging visual and written content aligned with brand tone and hospitality trends.
  • Respond to comments, reviews, and guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

3. Website & SEO

  • Update website content, landing pages, and promotions.
  • Implement SEO best practices to improve search rankings and organic traffic.
  • Work with developers or agencies to enhance user experience and booking journey.

4. Email & CRM Marketing

  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns for promotions, newsletters, and loyalty programs.
  • Segment guest databases and analyze engagement metrics.
  • Support customer retention and repeat bookings through targeted communication.

5. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track KPIs such as traffic, engagement, conversion rate, and revenue contribution.
  • Prepare monthly marketing performance reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and CRM dashboards.

6. Brand & Collaboration

  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
  • Coordinate with sales, reservations, and operations teams for aligned campaigns.
  • Monitor competitor activity and hospitality marketing trends.

Requirements:

Education & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or related field.

- 6-7 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in hospitality, hotels, restaurants, or tourism.
