We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Digital Marketing Executive with expertise in social media publishing and ideally incl. WordPress to elevate our brand presence and drive engagement on professional networks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Post blog content on social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others.
- Use WordPress plugins to optimize and distribute content effectively.
- Perform basic SEO for blogs, including keyword placement, meta descriptions, and on-page optimization.
- Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns on social media platforms to boost reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Utilize LinkedIn Ads and Sales Navigator for targeted campaigns, lead generation, and audience engagement.
- Monitor and report on the performance of social media posts, blogs, and campaigns.
- Collaborate with the content and SEO teams to ensure all content aligns with the brand voice and marketing goals.
- Stay updated on the latest social media, SEO, and digital marketing trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Poster, Digital Marketing Executive, or similar role.
- Proficiency with WordPress and familiarity with relevant plugins.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and advertising tools.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads and Sales Navigator.
- Experience in planning and managing ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and blog optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging and visually appealing content.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later).
- Working knowledge of SEO tools like Yoast or Rank Math.
- Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express) for creating visuals.
