Digital Marketing Executive (Meta Lead Generations Expert)

Job Summary:

RealTree Properties is looking for a creative, hands-on Digital Marketing Executive with Meta lead generation expert.. to elevate our brand in the real estate market. This role blends content creation, video production, and digital strategy. If you enjoy turning ideas into visuals and campaigns—and you're comfortable with tools like Figma, Photoshop, and CapCut—this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design engaging graphics for web, social media, and emailers using Figma, Photoshop, or Canva
• Shoot and edit short-form videos using CapCut for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and similar platforms
• Create and send email campaigns through Zoho Campaigns
• Create and manage WhatsApp broadcasts to engage with leads
• Optimize content for SEO to improve visibility across search engines
• Plan and execute social media management: content planning, posting, and audience engagement on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Brainstorm and write social media scripts and content ideas
• Coordinate with the sales team for marketing support
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and adapt strategies accordingly
• Meta lead generation expert

Preferred Skills (Bonus Points For):

• Experience with Zoho CRM (lead assignment, basic reporting)
• Familiarity with WordPress for publishing listings, articles, and landing pages

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing
• Background or interest in real estate marketing
• Working knowledge of SEO and social media platforms
• Working knowledge of Figma, Photoshop, and CapCut
• Strong communication skills and the ability to create content
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
