Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns on:
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- TikTok Ads
- Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping if applicable)
- Snapchat Ads
- Develop creative strategies (hooks, angles, offers) for clothing/fashion products
- Analyze performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC) and scale winning campaigns
- Coordinate with content/design team for ad creatives
- Manage daily ad budgets and testing structure
- Optimize funnels for Cash on Delivery (COD) businesses
- Track performance using ad dashboards and reports
- Continuously test audiences, creatives, and offers
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience running paid ads for e-commerce brands
- Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager
- Experience with TikTok Ads (mandatory)
- Working knowledge of Google Ads
- Understanding of Snapchat Ads (bonus but preferred)
- Ability to analyze data and make performance-based decisions
- Experience scaling campaigns to higher budgets
- Knowledge of creative testing frameworks
- Familiarity with Shopify stores and e-commerce workflows
- Understanding of Pakistan COD market behavior

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Lahore: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
