Digital Marketing Executive – Paid Ads (E-commerce)

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns on:
  • Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
  • TikTok Ads
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping if applicable)
  • Snapchat Ads
  • Develop creative strategies (hooks, angles, offers) for clothing/fashion products
  • Analyze performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC) and scale winning campaigns
  • Coordinate with content/design team for ad creatives
  • Manage daily ad budgets and testing structure
  • Optimize funnels for Cash on Delivery (COD) businesses
  • Track performance using ad dashboards and reports
  • Continuously test audiences, creatives, and offers

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience running paid ads for e-commerce brands
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager
  • Experience with TikTok Ads (mandatory)
  • Working knowledge of Google Ads
  • Understanding of Snapchat Ads (bonus but preferred)
  • Ability to analyze data and make performance-based decisions
  • Experience scaling campaigns to higher budgets
  • Knowledge of creative testing frameworks
  • Familiarity with Shopify stores and e-commerce workflows
  • Understanding of Pakistan COD market behavior

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lahore: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)

  • Paid Ads (Tiktok & Meta): 1 year (Required)
