Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive (Paid Media)

Job Overview:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who is passionate about performance marketing and eCommerce growth. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge or strong interest in paid media platforms such as Meta, Google, Snapchat, and TikTok. Freshers with strong understanding and certifications are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
● Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns on:
○ Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
○ Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping)
○ Snapchat Ads
○ TikTok Ads
● Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize for ROAS, CPA, and conversions
● Conduct audience research and competitor analysis
● Work closely with creative and content teams for ad creatives
● Track, analyze, and report campaign performance
● Manage budgets and ensure maximum ROI
● Support eCommerce promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns
● Implement A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and landing pages
Requirements:
● Basic to intermediate knowledge of paid media platforms
● Understanding of eCommerce marketing strategies
● Knowledge of conversion tracking (Pixel, Google Tag, etc.)
● Good analytical skills
● Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, reports, basic analysis) is a plus
● Strong communication and coordination skills
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
● Google Ads or Meta Certifications (optional but preferred)
● Experience in Shopify or other eCommerce platforms is an advantage
