Digital Marketing Executive (Real Estate Agency experience required)

We are seeking a creative and data-driven professional with proven experience in managing digital marketing campaigns within a well-established real estate brokerage in Dubai , particularly one specializing in off-plan sales .

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of real estate marketing funnels, lead generation strategies, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns for lead generation.
• Manage and analyze advertising budgets of AED 100,000+ monthly across multiple projects and campaigns.
• Develop creative campaign concepts aligned with company goals and project positioning.
• Track and report campaign performance, ROI, and key KPIs (CPL, CTR, conversions, etc.).
• Collaborate with the sales and management teams to ensure lead quality and campaign alignment.
• Conduct A/B testing and audience segmentation to improve ad performance.
• Stay updated on digital trends, competitor activity, and platform best practices in real estate marketing.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing with the Dubai real estate agency .
• Proven experience managing Meta and Google campaigns with AED 100,000+ monthly budgets .
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and Ads Manager .
• Creative mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication, time management, and project coordination skills.
