Our client is a leading Danish marketing company known for partnering with global brands to drive measurable results. They are expanding their team and looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join their fast-growing organization.
Position Overview:
The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for executing, managing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels. You will work independently and manage campaigns to drive traffic, increase conversions, and maximize ROI on all digital advertising efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Google Ads: Manage, optimize, and report on Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube to achieve client goals.
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram): Create, test, and optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns, ensuring they meet the business objectives and generate high-quality leads.
- Email Marketing: Develop, design, and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and drip sequences, ensuring high engagement and conversion rates.
- Microsoft Ads: Manage Microsoft Ads campaigns, optimizing for performance and driving cost-effective results.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze campaign performance using various analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.), providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve results.
- A/B Testing & Optimization: Continuously test ad creatives, landing pages, and funnels to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaigns.
- Client Communication: Regularly update clients on campaign performance, provide reports, and recommend strategies to enhance their digital marketing efforts.
- Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing to ensure the client’s campaigns are innovative and ahead of the curve.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Email Marketing, and Microsoft Ads.
- Technical Skills: Proven experience managing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta platforms, and Microsoft Ads. Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Microsoft Advertising Insights. Ability to use data to drive decisions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex marketing concepts to clients.
- Problem-Solving: Strong attention to detail and the ability to solve problems quickly and effectively.
