Digital Marketing Executive – SEO & Lead Generation

About the Company

We are a well-established business setup consultancy in Dubai, helping clients start their businesses across Mainland, Free Zones, and Offshore jurisdictions. As we scale up our digital operations, we are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Executive with a strong background in SEO and lead generation, and creative flair in photo/video editing is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical) targeting relevant business setup keywords.
• Plan and manage Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Campaigns to drive high-quality leads.
• Optimize landing pages and coordinate with the design/content team for high-converting content.
• Monitor and report on performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and CRM dashboards.
• Collaborate in creating email campaigns, newsletters, and automated funnels.
• Keep up with digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and competitor strategies.
• Assist in photo and video content creation/editing for social media and campaign creatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in UAE in digital marketing, with focus on SEO & lead generation.
• Proven success in managing paid campaigns and organic strategies for B2B services.
• Solid experience with tools like Google Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Meta Business Suite, etc.
• Experience with CRMs like Zoho, HubSpot, or similar.
• Basic skills in photo editing (Photoshop/Canva) and video editing (CapCut, Premiere, etc.) are an advantage.
• Strong English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Must be currently based in the UAE and ready for an on-site role.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
