Job Description: Marketing Executive / Manager – Real Estate

About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven and creative marketing professional to lead our marketing initiatives in the real estate sector. The candidate will be responsible for driving brand visibility, generating high-quality leads, and supporting sales conversions through innovative campaigns, digital marketing, and offline activations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Campaigns

  • Plan and execute lead generation campaigns across digital, print, and outdoor platforms.
  • Manage and optimize Google PPC campaigns, Facebook campaigns, LinkedIn campaigns, and demand generation campaigns to drive inquiries for residential and commercial projects.
  • Design and run teaser campaigns for WhatsApp, SMS, and RCS to build anticipation and engagement.

Brand & Communication

  • Create marketing collaterals including brochures, flyers, videos, presentations, and project websites.
  • Draft compelling content for social media, emailers, WhatsApp campaigns, and other digital platforms.
  • Manage brand positioning, project launches, and event promotions.

Digital Marketing

  • Drive SEO/SEM, social media presence, and performance marketing campaigns.
  • Track KPIs such as cost per lead (CPL), cost per site visit (CPSV), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Manage CRM integrations and marketing automation tools.
  • Oversee website designing and updates on WordPress and PHP platforms.
  • Design visuals, banners, and creatives for Facebook and Instagram ads; handle basic photo editing and video editing for campaigns.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of performance marketing, social media, and real estate lead generation.
  • Proven experience in Google PPC, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, and demand generation campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress, PHP-based website updates, and design tools for photo/video editing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and content creation skills.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, CRM software, and MS Office.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with luxury real estate campaigns and RERA-compliant advertising.
  • Knowledge of local real estate market and broker network.
  • Strong creative eye for visuals, branding, and storytelling.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
