Job Title: Digital Marketing SpecialistAbout the Role

We are seeking a creative, data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and optimize our online presence across major social and content platforms. The ideal candidate will be skilled in developing growth strategies, managing social media campaigns, and executing effective SEO tactics. Experience with music marketing or promoting music-related content is a strong plus.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media & Content Management

  • Manage and grow brand presence on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, ensuring consistent branding, tone, and messaging.
  • Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content to drive reach, retention, and conversions.
  • Analyze platform insights and audience behavior to refine content strategy and boost performance.
  • Collaborate with creative teams or external vendors to develop reels, short-form videos, graphics, and other media assets.

Digital Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and implement multichannel digital marketing campaigns to increase awareness, engagement, and sales.
  • Monitor campaign metrics and adjust strategies using performance data and industry trends.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns across social channels and/or Google Ads as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging opportunities.

SEO & Website Optimization

  • Oversee and execute SEO strategies including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO checks, and backlink initiatives.
  • Track SEO performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights for improving rankings and organic traffic.
  • Optimize website content, landing pages, and metadata to ensure best-in-class search visibility.

Music Marketing (Preferred but Not Required)

  • Experience promoting music content, artist releases, or entertainment brand campaigns.
  • Ability to create digital strategies tailored to music audiences, streaming platforms, and fan engagement.
  • Familiarity with music trends, content pacing, and community-driven promotional tactics (e.g., challenges, UGC, influencer outreach).

Qualifications

  • 1–3+ years of experience in digital marketing or social media management.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.).
  • Proficiency with social media management and scheduling tools.
  • Strong creative sensibility and ability to work with multimedia content.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for music or experience in the music industry is a major plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
