We are seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Executive to develop and execute our online marketing strategy.You will be responsible for building our brand's digital presence, driving footfall to our Kannur showroom, and increasing online engagement and sales inquiries. You must have a deep understanding of the local culture, aesthetics, and customer preferences of Kannur and North Malabar.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management & Marketing:

Platforms: Masterfully manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and WhatsApp Business.

Content Strategy: Create a monthly content calendar featuring high-quality photos and videos of our jewelry.

Content Types:

Product Showcases: Stylized shots of new gold, diamond collections, and traditional Malabar-style jewelry.

Videos: Reels/Shorts showing craftsmanship, behind-the-scenes, "try-on" hauls, and customer testimonials.

Cultural & Festive Content: Run campaigns for Onam, Vishu, weddings, and other local festivals.

Educational Content: Posts about gold purity (BIS Hallmark), diamond 4Cs, jewelry care.

Community Engagement: Actively respond to comments and DMs, and run interactive polls and contests.

Local SEO & Google My Business (GMB):

GMB Optimization: Completely optimize our Google My Business profile with accurate NAP (Name, Address, Phone), photos, posts, and Q&A.

Local Keywords: Target keywords like "best jewellery shop in Kannur," "gold jewellery Kannur," "bridal jewellery Malabar," "diamond necklace Kannur."

Reviews: Encourage and manage customer reviews on Google and Facebook.

WhatsApp Marketing:

Catalog Management: Create and maintain a stunning WhatsApp Business catalog.

· Broadcast Lists: Manage segmented broadcast lists for new launches, offers, and festive greetings for loyal customers.

· Customer Service: Use WhatsApp as a primary tool for personalized customer service and inquiry handling.

Content Creation & Website Management:

· Website: Update the existing website (if any) with new collections, blogs, and offers. Basic knowledge of WordPress/CMS is a plus.

· Blogging: Write simple blog posts in a relatable tone on topics like "5 Must-Have Gold Jewellery for a Malabar Bride," "The Significance of Mulla Mottu Malas," etc.

· Visuals: Coordinate with a photographer/videographer (or learn basic skills) to create stunning visual assets.

Paid Advertising (PPC):

· Meta Ads: Create and manage small-budget, highly-targeted ads on Facebook and Instagram aimed at users in Kannur, Thalassery, Mahe, and nearby regions.

· Google Ads: Run Search Ads for the local keywords mentioned above to capture high-intent customers.

Analytics & Reporting:

· Track key metrics: Reach, engagement, website clicks, leads generated, and cost-per-lead.

· Provide a simple monthly report showing what worked and what didn't, with recommendations for the next month.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Experience: 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in retail, fashion, or luxury goods.

· Local Knowledge: Must be from or deeply familiar with Kannur and North Malabar's culture, language (Malayalam), and consumer behavior.

· Creative Flair: A good eye for aesthetics, composition, and storytelling is non-negotiable.

· Technical Skills:

· Proficiency with Facebook Business Suite, Instagram Insights, and Google My Business.

· Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva/Adobe Spark) and video editing apps (CapCut/InShot).

· Understanding of SEO principles.

· Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Malayalam and English.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
