We’re looking for a strategic and results-driven Digital Marketing Expert with strong expertise in lead generation (organic & paid), content strategy, and performance marketing. Key Responsibilities

✔ Develop and execute social media strategies to generate high-quality leads

✔ Plan, create, and manage engaging content across platforms

✔ Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns for performance and ROI

✔ Write compelling copy for posts, ads, and campaigns

✔ Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on insights

✔ Identify and target business owners and decision-makers

✔ Convert engagement into qualified leads and sales opportunities

✔ Collaborate with sales teams to drive measurable growth

Requirements

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a relevant field

✔ 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management

✔ Strong understanding of organic & paid lead generation strategies

✔ Hands-on experience running and optimizing social media ads

✔ Excellent copywriting and content creation skills

✔ Strong analytical mindset to track and improve performance

✔ Understanding of B2B audience targeting and conversion strategy
