If you think you are the ideal candidate for the position of Digital Marketing Expert in our Retail Banking Group within the Growth & Digital Tribe, you will be responsible for leveraging digital marketing technologies and data insights to enhance marketing effectiveness, support customer acquisition initiatives and contribute to the growth of digital product sales.

In this role, you will contribute to the planning and optimization of digital marketing campaigns, analyze campaign performance, and support initiatives aimed at increasing customer acquisition and digital product sales across mobile and web platforms.

If you think you have the following qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or related fields)
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing teams in banks, fintechs, technology companies or digital platforms
• Strong knowledge of analytics tools, event tracking and funnel design
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to interpret campaign performance data
• Experience with conversion optimization, experimentation and A/B testing
• Hands-on experience with digital acquisition channels including paid media, paid social and display
• Experience with SEO and organic traffic optimization, including keyword research and on-site improvements
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
• Curiosity about new marketing technologies and digital trends
• Good command of MS Office programs
• Good command of written and verbal English and Turkish

If you think you may take charge of the following responsibilities

• Support the planning, execution, analysis and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across mobile and web platforms
• Work with marketing technology and engagement platforms such as Insider, Dataroid and Storyly to enable targeted digital communication and campaign execution
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at increasing customer acquisition and digital product sales
• Support SEO initiatives to increase organic traffic and visibility
• Collaborate with performance marketing, analytics, product and CRM teams to improve acquisition performance and marketing effectiveness
• Monitor key performance indicators such as traffic, conversion, customer acquisition cost (CAC) and engagement metrics
• Contribute to A/B testing and experimentation initiatives to improve campaign effectiveness
