Digital Marketing Specialist (SEO, SMM & Performance Marketing)

Location: Lahore

Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent | On-Site

Salary: PKR 100,000 – 130,000 per month

Office Hours: 10:00 AM – 07:00 PM

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in SEO, Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing, and PPC campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and a proven ability to drive traffic, leads, and conversions through organic and paid channels.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Manage and optimize Google Ads, PPC, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising campaigns.

Perform On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO activities to improve website rankings and organic traffic.

Monitor website performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and other SEO tools.

Manage social media marketing campaigns and performance marketing initiatives.

Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, SEO audits, and link-building activities.

Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and provide actionable recommendations to improve ROI.

Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, search engine algorithm updates, and industry best practices.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing activities align with business objectives.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing.

Strong expertise in SEO (On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO).

Hands-on experience with Google Ads, PPC Campaigns, Performance Marketing, and Social Media Marketing.

Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant SEO/SMM tools.

Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to Commute: Lahore (Required)
