Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Executive with strong expertise in Google My Business (GMB) optimization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing, verifying, and optimizing GMB profiles to improve local SEO and online visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, verify, and manage multiple Google My Business (GMB) listings.
• Optimize GMB profiles with keywords, categories, services, business hours, and photos.
• Monitor and respond to customer reviews promptly and professionally.
• Improve local SEO rankings through strategic GMB updates and posts.
• Track GMB performance metrics like search views, actions, direction requests, and calls.
• Collaborate with the SEO team to boost local rankings.
• Ensure GMB compliance with Google policies to avoid suspensions.
• Perform competitor analysis in local search.
• Report weekly/monthly performance using GMB insights and Google Analytics.
• Stay updated with Google’s algorithm changes, GMB guidelines, and digital trends.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of Google My Business dashboard and local SEO strategies
• Experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics
• Basic understanding of SEO and Google Ads is a plus
• Familiarity with local citations, NAP consistency, and business schema
• Excellent written communication for GMB post writing and responding to reviews
• Proficiency in tools like Google Maps, Bright Local, Moz, or Yext (preferred)
• Problem-solving attitude with ability to handle GMB suspension issues

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field
• Certification in Digital Marketing
