We are expanding our marketing department to strengthen our online presence and generate high-quality patient leads through Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads campaigns.

Position Overview

We are looking for skilled and result-oriented Digital Marketing Experts who can independently plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and Google Ads campaigns specifically designed for a dental clinic.You can apply for either:

Option 1:Expert in Meta & TikTok Ads

Option 2:Expert in Google Ads / GMB Campaigns

Option 3:Expert in All Platforms (Preferred)

Candidates must be able to demonstrate at least one successful live campaign through an online demonstration before hiring.

Key Responsibilities

For Meta & TikTok Ads Expert

Plan and execute **lead generation campaigns** for dental services (implants, whitening, veneers, braces, etc.)*

Create engaging **ad creatives, videos, and audience targeting strategies**.*

Optimize campaigns daily to **reduce cost per lead (CPL)** and improve lead quality.*

Manage Facebook Business Manager and TikTok Ads Manager professionally.

* Generate weekly reports with insights, results, and recommendations.

*For Google Ads / GMB Expert

* Create and manage **Google Search, Performance Max, and Local Campaigns**.

* Develop and optimize **Google My Business (GMB) Listing Campaigns** to ensure 24/7 visibility on Google Maps & Search.

* Set up **conversion tracking, call tracking, and analytics integration**.

* Monitor campaign performance and improve lead flow and ROI.

* Manage keywords, negative lists, and bidding strategies effectively.

Requirements

* Proven experience in running **Meta / TikTok / Google Ads** for **medical or dental clinics** (preferred).

* Strong understanding of **lead generation** and **local marketing strategies**.

* Must know how to **set up conversion tracking and GMB optimization**.

* Ability to deliver **real results and quality patient leads**.

* Strong analytical, communication, and creative skills.

* Able to work independently and provide regular performance updates.
