- On-page & Off-page strategies with Optimization.
- Performing Keyword Research, Competition Analysis, Ranking reporting and implement improvement etc.
- Creating deep linking from High PR websites.
- Creating compelling headlines and body copy that will capture the attention of the target audience.
- Identifying customers' needs and recommending new content to address gaps in the company's current content.
- Development of SEO Strategies, Consulting and Executing SEO tactics
- Lead and develop experienced SEO team to drive successful natural search results.
- Research industry related topics(combining online sources, interviews and studies)
- Reporting, Analytics, Key Performance Indicators, and metrics for client evaluation
- Evaluate success of produced content & modify strategy accordingly to drive maximum traction
- campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Ability to show competitive keyword ranking on Search engines.
- Link building strategies and execution; including viral and buzz-oriented efforts——
- Site structure analysis, Improving the usability, design, content, navigation, page construction and additional site audits recommendations for optimal search engine friendliness & indexing
- In-depth SEO technical knowledge (HTML, CSS, JS) also Google Analytics, Webmaster tools, Back-end SEO and various online tools
- Hands on experience on SEO tools: Moz, Semrush, Ahref, Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Word Tracker etc,

- Design, build and maintain our social media presence
- Review, analyse and send the Weekly & Monthly to the management

- Ensure resources are effectively deployed to Maximise efficiency.

Required Experience and Qualifications
- 1-3 years experience in Leading Digital marketing team
- Experience in International project is mandatory
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Masters degree in Marketing or in relevant field.
- Expertise in Content Development & Editing
- Ability to identify and resolve problems
- Ability to organise, manage, and prioritise tasks
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required.
- Should have a Team building, mentoring and people management skills.
