We are looking for a proactive Sales, Marketing & Export Sales Coordinator to support daily domestic and international sales operations while leading marketing and digital activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in website management, creative marketing abilities, and basic knowledge of AI tools or AI agents to improve productivity, automation, and lead generation—especially for export markets.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Coordination (Local & Export):

  • Assist the sales team with preparing quotations, proposals, proforma invoices, and sales documents.
  • Coordinate with local and international clients via email, phone, and online platforms.
  • Maintain customer records, follow-ups, pipelines, and sales reports.
  • Support the team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate order processing, delivery schedules, and customer communication.

Export Sales Coordination:

  • Handle export sales inquiries from international customers and distributors.
  • Prepare export-related documents such as:
  • Proforma Invoices
  • Commercial Invoices
  • Packing Lists
  • Certificates of Origin (coordination)
  • Coordinate with logistics, freight forwarders, and internal teams for shipments.
  • Track export orders, shipment status, and delivery timelines.
  • Maintain export customer database and follow up on payments and repeat orders.
  • Support management with export market research and new customer development.

Marketing & Web Management:

  • Manage and update the company website (products, content, images, news, etc.).
  • Create marketing materials such as posters, brochures, social media content, and promotional banners.
  • Develop marketing ideas to improve brand visibility, lead generation, and export outreach.
  • Plan, schedule, and monitor social media posts across platforms.
  • Support digital marketing activities for both local and international markets.

AI & Automation:

  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, automation tools, AI agents, etc.) to improve marketing and sales workflows.
  • Implement basic AI-based automation for content creation, lead tracking, customer engagement, and reporting.
  • Research and recommend AI tools that can enhance productivity in sales, marketing, and export operations.

Coordination & Reporting:

  • Maintain effective communication between sales, marketing, export, and management teams.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales, marketing, and export performance reports.
  • Assist in organizing exhibitions, trade shows, export promotions, and marketing campaigns when required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales coordination, export sales, or marketing is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of export documentation and international customer handling is an advantage.
  • Experience in website management (WordPress, Shopify, Wix, or similar).
  • Graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar).
  • Basic understanding of AI tools / AI agents and ability to use them for task automation.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and contribute new ideas.

Preferred Skills:

  • Social media management experience.
  • Knowledge of Odoo ERP.
  • Exposure to export markets (GCC, Africa, Asia, Europe).
  • Creativity in design, digital marketing, and export-focused campaigns.
