Are you creative, tech-savvy, and passionate about building digital brands that convert? We’re looking for a driven Social Media + Email Marketing Specialist to create content that not only looks great—but gets results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow our presence on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, etc.

• Create engaging videos, reels, and motion graphics to showcase our services

• Set up and run email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and automation flows

• Drive inquiries and orders through social media and email campaigns

• Track performance metrics, conversions, and optimize for better engagement

• Engage with customers, respond to inquiries, and maintain a professional brand voice

• Plan and execute content calendars in coordination with design & sales teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Media, or a related field

• 2+ years of experience in Social Media & Email Marketing

• Proficient in tools like Canva, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, or similar

• Experience with Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or other email platforms

• Strong writing and communication skills

• Ability to design posts, create short videos & motion graphics

• Knowledge of current trends, hashtags, and creative formats for Reels & TikTok

• Understanding of customer behavior and sales-oriented content

• A portfolio showcasing your work (social posts, emails, videos, etc.)

• Experience in performance marketing and analytics tools

• Previous work in a tech or B2B-focused company

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)
