We’re Hiring: Digital Marketing & Graphic Designer (Truck Dispatch BPO)

IGET SOLUTIONS PVT LTD is looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing & Graphic Designer to support our US-based truck dispatch operations. The ideal candidate will understand how to create impactful visuals and marketing campaigns that attract truck drivers, owner-operators, and logistics clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging, scroll-stopping content across all social media platforms
• Transform ideas into high-performing posts, reels, captions, and full campaigns
• Plan, organize, and schedule content consistently to drive growth
• Stay updated with the latest trends, viral content, and digital movements
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.) for maximum conversions
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze insights, and continuously improve strategies
• Collaborate with the team to produce visually appealing and impactful creatives
• Optimize content for SEO to increase visibility and reach
• Actively engage with the audience by responding, interacting, and building a strong brand presence
• Explore new tools, trends, and creative techniques to stay ahead in the digital space

Requirements:

• Proven experience in digital marketing and graphic design (preferably in logistics, BPO, or service industry)
• Strong grip on tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva
• Knowledge of social media ads, lead generation, and audience targeting (especially US market)
• Understanding of trucking/dispatch industry is a strong plus
• Creative mindset with ability to deliver conversion-focused designs
• Good English communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Basic video editing (for reels and ads)
• Knowledge of SEO and landing page optimization
• Experience in generating leads for truck dispatch services

Pay: Up to Rs70,000.00 per month
