Digital Marketing & Graphic Designer (Real Estate Experience Required)

Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing & Graphic Designer with mandatory experience in the Dubai real estate market. Candidates without direct real estate marketing experience will not be considered.

This role requires someone who can both design and execute marketing strategies that generate leads and elevate property visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design professional marketing materials (property listings, brochures, social media creatives, banners)
• Manage and run digital marketing campaigns, especially in Meta.
• Create and optimize property listings for platforms like Bayut.
• Handle and grow social media presence across key platforms
• Edit property photos and videos to a high standard
• Ensure consistent branding across all channels
• Work closely with the sales team to promote listings effectively

Requirements:

• Mandatory: Proven experience in real estate marketing (Dubai market)
• Strong proficiency in design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.)
• Solid understanding of digital marketing and lead generation
• Experience with UAE property portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle)
• Basic video editing skills preferred
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
