About the Role

DRD TRADING is seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager & Graphic Designer to take ownership of our brand’s digital presence. This role requires a hands-on content creator who can manage and grow our Instagram and other social media platforms through engaging visuals, videos, and product campaigns.

You will be responsible for developing content strategies, executing high-quality design work, and ensuring strong audience engagement. This is a great opportunity for someone who is both artistic and data-driven, with a passion for social media trends and innovative design.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and grow social media accounts (Instagram-focused).
• Create Reels, Stories, Carousels, and posts.
• Shoot and edit promotional videos, product photography, and lifestyle visuals.
• Design product packaging, social media creatives, and marketing materials.
• Monitor analytics and generate reports to optimize performance.
• Manage community engagement, respond to followers, and maintain brand voice.
• Stay updated on AI video tools, social media trends, and future digital content strategies.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Experience in graphic design, photography, and videography.
• 2-3 years of social media or agency experience (UAE market preferred).
• Skilled in content creation, copywriting, and community management.
• Proficiency with analytics tools and reporting.
• Creative, confident, and results-driven.
• Experience with paid ads (Meta, Google, LinkedIn).

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Saturday, 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
