Role Overview

We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Growth Consultant to join our growing team.

This hybrid role combines strategic marketing execution with hands-on technical skills. You will drive LinkedIn lead generation, SEO growth, online reputation management, and tender participation, while also using your technical expertise (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to optimise websites and boost performance.

Key Responsibilities

✅Execute LinkedIn lead generation campaigns (connections, InMails, outreach, paid ads).

✅Build and manage prospect lists, convert leads into demos and meetings.

✅Manage Terapage’s profiles and reputation on platforms like TrustPilot, G2, Capterra.

✅Drive SEO performance (on-page, off-page, and technical fixes).

✅Deliver backlinks, guest posts, and content that strengthens our online presence.

✅Analyse results using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Search Console, Screaming Frog.

✅Draft and submit proposals for tenders and RFPs.

Skills & Qualifications

✅ Strong experience in LinkedIn marketing and digital lead generation.

✅ Proven SEO execution (technical, on-page, off-page).

✅ Practical coding knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

✅ Skilled in analytics tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, Microsoft Clarity.

✅ Content writing ability (blogs, posts, case studies).

✅ Experience managing online reputation platforms (TrustPilot, G2, Capterra).

✅ Organised, proactive, and confident using tools like Trello.
