Job Summary
We are looking for a strategic and result-driven Digital Marketing Head to lead and scale our digital presence, demand generation, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will own the complete digital marketing function—from strategy to execution—while building and managing a high-performing team.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute an integrated digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
- Drive brand visibility, lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Build, mentor, and manage a digital marketing team (performance, content, SEO, social, design).
- Work closely with Sales, Product, and Leadership teams to ensure alignment.
Performance & Growth Marketing
- Own paid marketing channels (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Programmatic).
- Optimize CAC, ROAS, CPL, LTV and overall marketing ROI.
- Plan and manage digital marketing budgets effectively.
- Scale performance campaigns with data-backed decisions.
Content, SEO & Organic Growth
- Oversee SEO strategy, website optimization, and content marketing.
- Guide creation of blogs, landing pages, case studies, creatives, and videos.
- Improve organic traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.
Marketing Automation & Analytics
- Implement and optimize marketing automation tools and CRM integration.
- Track KPIs using Google Analytics, dashboards, and reporting tools.
- Present clear performance reports and actionable insights to leadership.
Brand & Digital Presence
- Strengthen brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Lead social media strategy and online reputation management.
- Stay updated with digital trends, tools, and platform changes.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 7–12 years of experience in digital marketing
- 3+ years in a leadership or head-level role
- Proven track record of scaling digital channels and driving revenue
Technical Skills
- Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads
- SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Search Console)
- Google Analytics / GA4
- CRM & automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
- CMS platforms (WordPress or similar)

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
