Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Head to lead and scale our digital presence in the construction and real estate sector. This role will drive brand positioning, lead generation, and digital strategy for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and lead the overall digital marketing strategy aligned with business and sales goals
* Drive lead generation campaigns for construction projects (residential, commercial, industrial)
* Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube)
* Oversee social media strategy, content planning, and brand communication
* Lead website strategy including SEO, landing pages, and conversion optimization
* Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data and KPIs
* Manage digital marketing budget and ROI tracking
* Coordinate with sales, design, and project teams for campaign alignment
* Build and manage a digital marketing team (in-house or agencies)
* Strengthen online reputation and customer engagement across platforms
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
* 6–10 years of experience in digital marketing (construction/real estate preferred)
* Proven experience in lead generation and performance marketing
* Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and analytics tools
* Experience managing teams and external agencies
* Excellent strategic thinking and leadership skills
Preferred Skills
* Experience marketing real estate or construction projects
* Knowledge of buyer behavior in property/investment markets
* Strong content sense for project launches, site updates, and branding
* Video marketing and short-form content strategy (Reels, TikTok)
Pay: From Rs1.00 per month
