Job Overview

We are looking for a knowledgeable and practical Digital Marketing Instructor to deliver on-site training sessions at our Gulberg, Lahore location. The instructor will be responsible for teaching modern digital marketing skills, providing hands-on training, and helping students develop industry-ready capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• daily 3 hours training to students for 5 days a week, 3 months
• Deliver structured training in Digital Marketing, including both theory and practical implementation
• Teach core areas such as:
• Social Media Marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Google Ads and PPC Campaigns
• Content Marketing and Strategy
• Email Marketing
• Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, etc.)
• Prepare training materials, presentations, assignments, and assessments
• Provide hands-on exercises and real-world project guidance
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback and mentorship
• Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
• Assist in curriculum improvement based on industry requirements

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or related field
• At least 2 years of practical experience in Digital Marketing
• Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, and Analytics tools
• Hands-on experience managing real digital marketing campaigns
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to teach and explain concepts clearly
• Experience in training or teaching will be an added advantage

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.)
• Knowledge of WordPress and basic website management
• Understanding of marketing funnels and lead generation
