About Us:

ACA is a governance, risk, and compliance advisory and technology firm serving the financial industry. We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented intern to support our digital marketing initiatives. You’ll get hands-on experience with enterprise-grade marketing technology and see how digital programs drive measurable impact in a global professional services business.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute digital marketing campaigns across email, social, and web.

  • Update and optimize website content in WordPress, including SEO tagging and user experience improvements.

  • Assist with campaign performance tracking in HubSpot and Salesforce, preparing reports and insights for the marketing team.

  • Support social media campaigns (LinkedIn, etc.), including scheduling and engagement monitoring.

  • Contribute to webinar promotion, digital advertising, and post-event follow-up campaigns.

  • Research digital trends, competitive positioning, and marketing best practices.

  • Provide QA on digital assets to maintain consistency across platforms.

  • Assist in the creation, setup, and management of Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.

  • Assist with SEO audits and keyword strategy development using GA4 and SEM tools.

  • Support the development of ad copy, creative testing, and landing page optimization.

  • Provide administrative support for webcast platform.

  • Monitor campaign performance and track KPIs.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with overall strategy and business goals.

Qualifications:

  • Current student or recent graduate in marketing, communications, or related field.

  • Strong interest in digital marketing, data analytics, and modern Martech.

  • Basic familiarity with platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or WordPress is a plus, but not required; training will be provided.

  • Familiarity with Google ads, GA4, and LinkedIn Ads.

  • Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills.

  • Comfortable learning new technology and analyzing data.

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
