Digital Marketing Intern

Bessemer Trust is seeking a Digital Marketing Intern to join the Marketing and Client Engagement team for Summer 2026. This is a high-impact opportunity for a motivated student to learn how enterprise-level marketing is executed across digital channels—with a particular focus on email marketing, website engagement, and marketing innovation.

As a Digital Marketing Intern, you'll work closely with the Director of Digital Marketing and cross-functional teams to support client, prospect, and COI (center of influence) communications across Bessemer's public-facing platforms.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to execute and enhance the firm's public channel strategy, including:
  • Publishing and managing content across the public website and email platforms
  • Analyzing engagement data to support recommendations for optimization and personalization
• Support the execution of email campaigns and learn the fundamentals of journey mapping, segmentation, and performance tracking
• Partner with IT, Compliance, and Communications teams to deliver client-facing digital communications that are timely, secure, and brand-aligned
• Assist with testing and optimizing internal and external campaigns, including A/B tests and digital UX improvements
• Research emerging tools and trends in digital marketing technology and innovation, including AI personalization, digital analytics, and SEO strategy
• Contribute to internal enablement, helping advisors understand new digital communication workflows and best practices

Qualifications:

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Interest in digital marketing, email marketing, and emerging marketing technologies
• Familiarity with digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Photoshop or CMS tools is a plus
• Excellent writing, organizational, and time-management skills
• Highly motivated, collaborative, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $35.00 - $40.00. Hourly rates will vary and will be based on various factors.
