Part Time Media Trainee

Position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Media Trainee with 1–2 years of relevant experience to join our marketing team. This role will support the execution of paid media initiatives across print, digital, and out-of-home channels, helping to strengthen Loewe’s brand presence and awareness. The position provides hands-on exposure to a fast-paced corporate environment, with opportunities to collaborate across departments and contribute to high-visibility brand projects.

The Media Trainee will play a key role in campaign planning and execution, working closely with the Retail and Wholesale teams to enhance productivity while upholding Loewe’s brand standards and aesthetic.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of paid media and marketing campaigns under the direction of the Marketing Manager and Head of Department.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date media plans, including campaign timelines, specifications, and cost details.
  • Support the preparation of Post-Campaign Analysis reports.
  • Manage campaign documentation, including screenshots and proof-of-posting.
  • Coordinate the allocation and delivery of creative assets for print, digital, and out-of-home activations.
  • Conduct competitive research and trend analysis to provide insights for upcoming campaigns.
  • Prepare agendas and take minutes for internal and external meetings.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Attributes

  • 1–2 years of experience in media, communications, or marketing (internship experience acceptable).
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly in spreadsheet management and data entry.

Job responsibilities

  • Demonstrated interest in fashion, social media, and traditional/digital media platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively and problem-solve within a team.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel
