Role Overview

We’re seeking a performance-driven marketer to help scale our ads and conversion campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn. This role is ideal for someone who loves testing creatives, optimizing campaigns, and growing ROAS for an impact-driven product.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn)
  • Track KPIs: ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPL
  • A/B test ad creatives and landing pages
  • Research and target new B2B and D2C segments
  • Monitor and report weekly campaign performance
  • Coordinate with creative and content teams for ad assets
  • Recommend budget reallocations based on results

Requirements

  • 1+ years experience in performance/digital marketing (Meta & Google Ads mandatory)
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Google Tag Manager)
  • Understanding of sustainable/B2B brands is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and deliver insights
  • Strong communication and reporting skills

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with Brevo, Make.com, or email automation
  • Landing page optimization and CRO know-how
  • Creative copywriting for ads
