Relevant Experience:-
3-5 years of relevant work experience out of which last 2 years should be in Digital Partnership and co-branding
Functional Competencies:-
Knowledge in Digital paid media including PPC, Display, Affiliates and Social will be highly advantageous.
Behavioral Competencies:-

Lead and build innovative paid media partnerships and strategies.

Strong relationship building skills, a very strong positive attitude & experience of working in a matrix organization will be considered an advantage.
Job Responsibilities:
Financial & Non-Financial Responsibilities:

Strategic thinking on how to increase our digital market share with the partners.

Work with the U/W and Ops teams to streamline and offer best in class customer on boarding experience to our customers.

Work with the IT team on enabling the partners with best-in-class tech solutions and enablement to make AU Small Financial Bank Credit Card the preferred choice of partners.

Facilitate / lead strategic and tactical marketing discussions with Partners.

Be responsible for quality of business, including Persistency, F/L cancellations, complaints etc.

Demonstrated ability to deliver results that is timely, relevant, and effective, and strong people and project management skills.

Hands-on experience of optimizing End -to-end digital funnel management (leads, conversion, re targeting, etc.) and co-branding.

Identification and growth of partners.

Responsible for achievement of annual targets.
Compliance & Risk Responsibilities:

Responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance and guidelines and satisfactory internal audit. Adherence to the defined set of control of the Bank

Showing and presenting all information collected for any case in healthy and clear terms, not to present any information related to customer, property, credit check, reference etc. about any customer while presenting the case of profile in visiting or appraising the case.
Education & Experience:- MBA from (Tier 1/2) with minimum 2-5 years of experience.
