Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Campaigns
- Help plan and run digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google, Instagram, YouTube, and email.
- Make sure every campaign matches the brand’s goals and feels consistent.
- Keep an eye on market trends, new tools, and what competitors are doing to improve results.
SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
- Find the right keywords and make website/blog content rank higher on Google.
- Track how much traffic and engagement the website gets.
- Work with content teams to make sure everything posted online is SEO-friendly.
SEM
- Test different ad versions (images, captions, etc.) to see which performs best.
- Track performance weekly - clicks, cost, reach, and share what’s working.
Social Media Marketing
- Create and schedule posts for Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
- Follow trends, reply to comments, and keep the brand voice fun but consistent.
- Check how posts perform (likes, reach, engagement) and suggest ways to grow.
Email Marketing & CRM
- Help design and send newsletters or product updates.
- Segment audiences so the right people get the right emails.
Content Marketing
- Help create blogs, videos, and graphics that tell the brand story and attract traffic.
- Brainstorm new content ideas that are both trendy and useful.
- Keep a content calendar to stay organized and on schedule.
Data & Reporting
- Track how well campaigns are doing- website visits, engagement, leads, and conversions.
- Make simple reports showing what’s working and what’s not.
- Use insights to help improve next campaigns.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Study how users behave on websites or landing pages using tools like Hotjar or Clarity.
- Test different versions of ads or pages to see what gets more clicks or sign-ups.
- Share ideas to make the digital experience smoother and more effective.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Marketing, Communications, Business,
Media Studies or related fields.
Skills & Competencies:
- Understanding of core digital marketing concepts & analytics.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, HubSpot,
- SEMrush or Notion.
- Strong content writing, communication and research skills.
- Analytical mindset with a creative spark, you can interpret data and tell a story with it
- Excellent time management, adaptability, and eagerness to learn new trends (like AI in
marketing, influencer marketing, etc.).
Work Environment
- Work from Office
- Monday – Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM
- 6-month duration (with possibility of full-time)
