Job Summary:

SIEORA is looking for a passionate and eager SEO Intern to join our team in Perungudi, Chennai. This internship is designed for freshers or individuals with up to 1 year of experience who are excited to dive deep into the world of Search Engine Optimization (SEO). The intern will assist in implementing SEO strategies, conducting keyword research, optimizing on-page elements, building backlinks, and tracking website performance. This is a hands-on opportunity to enhance your SEO skills and gain valuable experience in improving a website’s visibility and search rankings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-potential keywords for various projects
• Assist in on-page optimization, including meta tags, headings, and content formatting
• Help develop and implement link-building strategies to increase domain authority
• Monitor and report on SEO performance metrics such as traffic, rankings, and click-through rates
• Optimize content for search engines (including blogs, web pages, and social media posts)
• Assist in content creation with a focus on SEO-friendly practices
• Support technical SEO tasks, such as improving page speed, mobile responsiveness, and crawling issues
• Analyze competitors’ SEO strategies and suggest improvements
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices

Requirements:

• Pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• Strong interest and basic understanding of SEO concepts (keyword research, on-page optimization, link-building)
• Familiarity with SEO tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Google Search Console, or similar tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Eagerness to learn and stay updated with SEO trends
• Male candidates preferred (for operational reasons)
