Digital Marketing Intern

We are a growing software company in Kochi specializing in website development, ERP solutions, and cloud-based business tools. Our mission is to help businesses go digital with affordable and scalable software products. We are looking for a motivated Digital Marketing Intern to support our marketing and sales efforts through online and direct engagement channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Manage and grow social media accounts — creating posts, running ads, and engaging with leads.
• Handle direct marketing activities such as:
• Reaching out to potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Following up on leads generated from campaigns or referrals.
• Sharing product details, demos, and offers directly with prospects.
• Support in content creation — blogs, creatives, and promotional messages.
• Update and manage CRM / lead databases.
• Collect customer feedback and report engagement metrics.
• Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to ensure smooth client communication.

Skills & Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, WhatsApp Business, etc.).
• Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
• Confident in making calls and chatting with clients via WhatsApp or email.
• Creative mindset and willingness to learn new marketing tools.
• Prior exposure to software or IT marketing (even academic) is an added advantage.
