Digital Marketing Intern

Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and motivated Marketing Intern to support content development, build brand presence, and help expand StepOn3’s audience. This role involves assisting with social media, SEO growth, marketing strategy, and promotional materials.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Develop engaging marketing materials (flyers, social posts, reels ideas, posters)
✅ Assist in creating and refining marketing campaigns & content calendars
✅ Support brand messaging and visual identity across platforms
✅ Conduct market and competitor research to develop marketing intent and ideas
✅ Help manage social media accounts and community interactions
✅ Implement SEO strategies to improve online visibility
✅ Assist in planning and promoting events, workshops, and special programs
✅ Track marketing performance metrics & suggest improvements
✅ Collaborate on storytelling, captions, and hashtags for social media

Skills & Qualifications:

Required:

• Interest in dance, fitness, kids’ education, or community-based programs
• Strong communication and creative writing skills
• Basic knowledge of social media content creation (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube)
• Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and self-motivated
• Good understanding of social media trends and audience behavior

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

• Experience with SEO basics & keyword tools
• Photography & visual design sense
• Knowledge of digital marketing, ads, or influencer outreach
