Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Management: Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content (text, image, video) across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X). Monitor and report on social media performance and engagement.
- Content Creation: Contribute to the creation of digital marketing materials, including blog posts, website copy, email newsletters, and ad creatives.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Web: Assist with basic SEO tasks, such as keyword research, and on-page optimization. Help update and maintain website content using a Content Management System (CMS) like WordPress.
- Email Marketing: Support the development, execution, and analysis of email marketing campaigns and newsletter distribution.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) like website traffic, engagement rates, and conversions using tools like Google Analytics. Help prepare and present performance reports to the team.
- Market Research: Conduct competitive research and stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technology advancements.
- Campaign Support: Provide support in the setup and monitoring of paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) where applicable.
