Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Digital Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote events, conferences, and summits.
- Plan campaigns to drive event registrations, ticket sales, and brand visibility.
- Identify the right marketing channels (social media, email, PPC, influencer collaborations) for each event.
2. Social Media Management
- Create and manage event-specific content calendars for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and YouTube.
- Run paid ad campaigns (sponsored posts, lead ads) to boost event attendance and awareness.
- Engage with the online community — reply to comments, DMs, and queries about events.
✉3. Email Marketing & CRM
- Develop and send promotional emails, newsletters, and event reminders.
- Build segmented email lists for delegates, sponsors, and partners.
- Track open rates, CTR, and conversions to improve campaign performance.
4. Website & Landing Page Management
- Manage and update event websites using CMS tools (like WordPress or HubSpot).
- Create optimized landing pages for event registrations and sponsor promotions.
- Ensure SEO best practices are followed for organic visibility of event pages.
- Collaborate with the design/development team for regular updates and content refreshes.
5. SEO & Paid Advertising
- Conduct keyword research related to events, speakers, and industry themes.
- Optimize website content, blogs, and event listings for higher search rankings.
- Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Campaigns for targeted lead generation.
- Monitor and analyze ad performance to maximize ROI.
6. Content Creation & Promotion
- Create engaging content (blogs, videos, interviews, speaker highlights, behind-the-scenes clips).
- Collaborate with the design and video teams for promotional creatives.
- Coordinate with media partners and PR teams for joint promotional efforts.
- Repurpose event content into post-event highlights, recaps, and social snippets.
7. Sponsor & Partner Promotion
- Support sponsors and partners by promoting their brand presence before, during, and after the event.
- Manage partner announcements and co-branded campaigns.
- Ensure visibility for sponsors across digital platforms and email communications.
8. Analytics & Reporting
- Track campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and HubSpot.
- Prepare reports on registrations, engagement, and ROI.
- Analyze attendee behavior to optimize future event marketing strategies.
9. Collaboration & Coordination
- Work closely with event operations, design, and sales teams to align marketing efforts.
- Coordinate with speakers and exhibitors for digital promotion support.
- Support on-site event coverage (live posting, real-time updates, photography coordination).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
