About the Role

Search Global is looking for enthusiastic and driven Digital Marketing Interns who are eager to learn, grow, and build a career in the digital industry. You will begin by learning and executing organic lead generation practices for our design and development services, and gradually transition into other digital marketing functions, including content marketing, social media, email marketing, and paid campaigns.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with up to 6 months of experience who want hands-on training and real-world digital marketing exposure.

Key Responsibilities

Phase 1: Lead Generation (Initial Training Phase)

• Perform organic lead generation through platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook groups, freelancing platforms, and industry directories.
• Identify potential clients in the US region and record high-quality leads.
• Assist in building and updating client databases and lead sheets.
• Send initial outreach messages following company-approved scripts and strategies.

Phase 2: Digital Marketing (Growth Phase)

• Participate in developing and executing social media strategies.
• Assist with content creation (posts, captions, email copies, etc.).
• Support the team in running campaigns and analyzing performance.
• Learn SEO, email marketing, paid advertising basics, and other digital marketing practices.
• Collaborate with senior team members to brainstorm and execute creative marketing ideas.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills, especially in written English.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (a plus, not mandatory).
• Ability to learn quickly and follow structured processes.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
