- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO / SEM / Marketing Database / Social Media / SMS / Email etc .
- Design, build and maintain social media presence of the clients.
- Measure and Report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess goals (ROI and KPI's).
- Identify trends and insights and optimize spends and performance based on insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Collaborate with agencies and vendor partners.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end to end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Build a framework to track insights, report, and analyze website analytics for PPC initiatives and campaigns.
- Continually improve landing page optimization, keyword research, link building, content refresh and attain overall SEO maturity and reputation.
- Responsible for the lead generation activities and campaign budget spend with measurable ROI.
