Digital Marketing Intern

The Digital Marketing Intern will support the marketing team in executing online campaigns, managing social media, and driving brand visibility across digital platforms. This role offers hands-on learning and a clear opportunity for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on performance, ownership, and business impact.

Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing Support

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns
• Support social media management (content posting, engagement, basic analytics)
• Help in managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid campaigns (training provided)
• Work on website updates, landing pages, and basic SEO activities

Content & Creative Coordination

• Coordinate with designers and video editors for creatives
• Assist in content ideation for posts, reels, blogs, and campaigns
• Write basic captions, ad copies, and content drafts

Data & Performance Tracking

• Track campaign performance and prepare weekly reports
• Analyze engagement, reach, leads, and conversions
• Learn tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and SEO tools

Market Research & Brand Support

• Research competitors, trends, and digital best practices
• Support influencer outreach and collaborations (if applicable)
• Assist in brand activations and launches

Learning & Growth Exposure

• End-to-end exposure to digital marketing execution
• Mentorship from experienced marketing professionals
• Opportunity to work on live campaigns and real budgets
• Skill development in performance marketing, content, and analytics

PPO Criteria

A Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) may be extended based on:

Required Skills & Eligibility

• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts
• Good communication and writing skills
• Creative thinking and eagerness to learn
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)
• Basic knowledge of Canva / Excel is a plus

Qualification

• Pursuing or recently completed graduation in Marketing, Media, Business, or related fields
• Freshers and final-year students are welcome
