Brainstormers Technologies is looking for a Digital Marketing & Internal Communications Executive to manage our digital channels and support internal coordination activities. This role is ideal for someone organized, creative, and comfortable working in a structured corporate environment.
What You’ll Do
Digital Marketing (Primary Focus)
- Manage social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
- Plan and publish branded content
- Support SEO, website updates, and basic campaign tracking
- Coordinate with designers and developers for marketing materials
- Track engagement and prepare simple performance reports
Internal Coordination (Secondary)
- Support hiring coordination and onboarding communication
- Assist with internal announcements and employee engagement activities
- Help maintain organized records related to people operations
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years experience in digital marketing or social media
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in an office-based software house
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
