Digital Marketing & Internal Communications Executive

Brainstormers Technologies is looking for a Digital Marketing & Internal Communications Executive to manage our digital channels and support internal coordination activities. This role is ideal for someone organized, creative, and comfortable working in a structured corporate environment.

What You’ll Do

Digital Marketing (Primary Focus)

• Manage social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
• Plan and publish branded content
• Support SEO, website updates, and basic campaign tracking
• Coordinate with designers and developers for marketing materials
• Track engagement and prepare simple performance reports

Internal Coordination (Secondary)

• Support hiring coordination and onboarding communication
• Assist with internal announcements and employee engagement activities
• Help maintain organized records related to people operations

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years experience in digital marketing or social media
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working in an office-based software house
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
