Digital Marketing Lead

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced, proactive, and result-oriented Digital Marketing Lead to join our team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in digital marketing campaigns, team management, and a strategic mindset to drive brand visibility, engagement, and conversions. This leadership role requires strong communication skills, stakeholder handling experience, and the ability to lead impactful digital campaigns across various online channels.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in leading digital or marketing functions
• Ability to manage and mentor a team of 10 or more members
• Strong expertise in SEO, ASO, content marketing, blog strategy, and social media management
• Experience in both organic and paid (inorganic) digital marketing strategies
• Comfortable analyzing performance data and making data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive approach with the ability to take initiative and solve problems independently
• Self-driven, open to learning, and able to take ownership
• Results-focused mindset with the ability to meet marketing performance targets

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, traffic, and user engagement
• Manage and oversee digital functions related to content, SEO, ASO, and social media
• Supervise blog writing, content marketing, and SEO-aligned strategies
• Handle reporting, communication, and coordination with stakeholders and management
• Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance, suggesting improvements based on insights
• Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure digital marketing aligns with overall business objectives

Nice to Have:

• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEM tools
• Exposure to paid media channels and campaign management (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs150,000.00 per month
