Job Title: Digital Marketing Lead

Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing Lead will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing Enza Home’s digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive online engagement, and generate sales leads. This role involves overseeing all digital channels, managing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and leading the digital marketing team to ensure consistent growth and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across social media, email marketing, paid ads (Google Ads, social media ads), SEO, and content marketing.
  • Monitor trends in digital marketing and e-commerce to suggest innovative solutions.

Content & Social Media Management

  • Oversee the creation of engaging, brand-consistent content for social media platforms, website, and email campaigns.
  • Coordinate with creative teams to develop graphics, videos, and copy for campaigns.
  • Manage the company’s social media presence, ensuring regular posting and active engagement with the audience.

Paid Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Plan and execute paid campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
  • Optimize campaigns to achieve maximum ROI and lead generation for showroom visits or e-commerce channels.
  • Track ad performance, adjust targeting, and report on campaign effectiveness.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor KPIs such as website traffic, conversion rates, social engagement, and lead generation.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights for management.
  • Use analytics to improve campaigns and make data-driven decisions.

Team Leadership & Coordination

  • Lead and mentor the digital marketing team, providing guidance on best practices and skill development.
  • Coordinate with sales, design, and operations teams to ensure campaigns align with product launches and promotions.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in retail, furniture, or lifestyle brands.
  • Proven experience in managing social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and paid advertising campaigns.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.) and marketing software.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Creative, data-driven, and result-oriented mindset.
