Role Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced Digital Marketing Lead who is an expert in marketing automation, AI-driven communication systems, bulk messaging, and lead generation. The ideal candidate must be able to plan, execute, and optimize large-scale digital marketing campaigns while building intelligent automation systems, AI chatbots, and advanced tracking models. This role requires deep knowledge of AI tools, bulk email/SMS platforms, CRM automation, social media processes, analytics, and lead funnel management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Automation & Bulk Messaging
Execute bulk SMS, WhatsApp, and email campaigns at scale (up to lakhs of users).
Set up automation flows: welcome journeys, drip emails, nurturing sequences.
Track:
o Number of reads
o Delivery reports
o Bounce lists
o Engagement reports
o Conversion ratios
Maintain detailed logs and analytics for every campaign.
2. AI Automation & Chatbot Development
Build and manage AI-driven chatbots for instant query responses.
Create conversational flows for:
o Lead capture
o Auto-responses
o FAQ generation
o Student counseling support
Use AI to automate follow-ups, reminders, and personalised messaging.
Integrate AI tools into CRM and websites.
3. Lead Generation & Funnel Management
Develop strategies to generate new leads daily from multiple platforms:
o Google
o Meta
o LinkedIn
o Affiliates
o Organic channels
Optimize conversion funnels through automation.
Track complete lead lifecycle—from generation to closure.
Maintain and update lead databases accurately.
4. Social Media Activation
Manage activation of all social platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
Run targeted campaigns to increase engagement, visibility, and admissions.
Create and monitor content calendars with trending topics.
Oversee ad campaigns and ensure optimal performance.
5. Content Strategy & Follow-Up Execution
Create new and impactful marketing content for:
o Emails
o SMS
o WhatsApp
o Social Media
Plan and execute strong AI-based follow-up sequences.
Develop educational content that motivates and guides students to join the programs.
6. Data Management & Reporting
Maintain structured data for all campaigns and lead activity.
Prepare weekly and monthly dashboards:
o Lead count
o Conversion ratio
o Engagement reports
o Content performance
Present insights to management with actionable recommendations.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong expertise in email/SMS automation tools (Mailchimp, SendGrid, WebEngage,
HubSpot, etc.).
Ability to send and manage lakhs of bulk messages with tracking.
Experience in AI automation platforms (Zapier, Make, ChatGPT automation,
Dialogflow, Botpress).
Proficient in CRM and lead management systems.
Strong understanding of digital marketing analytics and dashboards.
Ability to generate high-quality leads consistently.
Creative content writing skills for marketing communication.
Strong social media knowledge and campaign management.
Excellent communication, leadership, and team management abilities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or relevant field.
8–10 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in AI automation.
Proven track record in building AI chatbots and automation workflows.
Additional Preferred Skills
Knowledge of landing page optimization.
Experience in education industry digital funnels (bonus).
Expertise in re-targeting and remarketing campaigns.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹80,461.54 - ₹98,118.93 per month
