Job Purpose
End-to-end ownership of digital growth of the Sunrise Hospitals Corporate Brand and the individual SRH unit brands across 6 locations—driving brand visibility, lead generation, campaign performance, landing page conversions, CRM efficiency, and digital revenue.
Key Responsibilities/KRA’s
Own full-funnel digital strategy for OPD/IPD & surgery conversions.
Manage Paid Ads, SEO, Social, Copy, Creative, Website, and CRM workflows.
Build campaign structures for each specialty & location.
Coordinate with Sales, Ops, Doctors & Management.
Maintain 100% UTM tracking, campaign attribution & CRM hygiene.
Brief and manage designers, editors, copywriters for content execution.
Monthly planning & weekly performance review with management.
Review dashboards daily and drive data-backed decisions.
KPI’s (Measurable)
Digital Leads Target Achievement: 100%
CPL benchmarks maintained per specialty/city
Landing Page Conversion Rate
Lead → OPD show rate improvement YoY
SEO organic traffic growth: 15–20% quarterly
Content calendar adherence: 100%

Zero tracking errors across campaigns
