We are seeking a strategic and creative Digital Marketing Lead in Lahore to drive online brand presence, engagement, and lead generation.
Role Overview
The Digital Marketing Lead will oversee all digital marketing initiatives, manage campaigns across multiple platforms, and develop strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth. This role requires a combination of analytical thinking, creativity, and leadership skills to manage a high-performing digital team and execute data-driven marketing strategies.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan, manage, and optimize multi-channel campaigns including social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, PPC, and display advertising.
- Define KPIs, track performance metrics, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead, mentor, and manage the digital marketing team to achieve performance goals.
- Collaborate with sales, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors when needed.
Content & Social Media Management
- Oversee the creation of engaging and high-quality content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and website.
- Develop social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Monitor online conversations, reviews, and feedback to maintain a positive brand image.
Analytics & Reporting
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other analytics platforms.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management.
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on data insights and industry trends.
Innovation & Trends
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Recommend innovative strategies to differentiate Enza Home in the digital space.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in retail or furniture/home decor industries.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, PPC, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Creative, data-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
