Digital Marketing Lead

We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency looking for a Lead, Digital Growth to drive success for our clients through organic and paid digital strategies. This is a key leadership role where you will be the single point of contact for customers, ensuring they achieve their business goals while also leading execution.

Since we are a young and growing agency, this role requires a hands-on leader who can both strategize and execute.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Champion – Be the primary contact for clients, deeply understanding their goals and doing whatever it takes to help them succeed.
• Build Strategies – Develop and execute comprehensive digital growth strategies (organic & paid) to generate leads and drive business outcomes.
• Own Execution – Work closely with SEO, content, and design teams to ensure seamless execution of digital campaigns.
• Execute Paid Campaigns – Design, experiment with, and execute high-ROI paid marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and others.
• Build the Team – As the agency grows, help hire, mentor, and scale the digital delivery team.

About you:

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong track record in both organic growth and paid campaigns.
• Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal – to manage client relationships effectively.
• Ownership mindset – Proactive problem solver with a strong sense of accountability.
• Strong aesthetic and creative sense – A refined taste for content, design, and storytelling.
• Execution-focused – A bias for action, with the ability to move fast and deliver results.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
