About the Role
This is a foundational Growth Lead role responsible for driving MatAll’s growth end-to-end — across customer acquisition, brand, digital marketing, partnerships, and experiments.
You will also build and run Digital Marketing as a revenue-generating service for select MatAll clients, creating an additional profit centre for the company. Execution support will come from interns, but ownership stays with you.
This role blends strategy + hands-on execution and works directly with the founders.
What You’ll Own
1. Growth Strategy & Execution (Core Ownership)
- Own growth goals across users, orders, retention, and brand visibility
- Design and run growth experiments across paid, organic, and partnerships
- Translate on-ground insights (CX, community, ops) into scalable growth loops
- Work closely with founders on growth priorities and city-level scale plans
2. Digital Marketing & Brand (Internal)
- Own MatAll’s digital presence: social, content, performance, PR
- Build content engines — short videos, reels, static creatives, campaigns
- Personally create, edit, and ship content (hands-on)
- Build MatAll’s brand voice: local, fast, trusted, problem-solving
- Use AI aggressively for ideation, scripting, editing, automation, and analytics
3. Growth Services for Select Clients (Profit Centre)
- Design digital marketing service offerings for selected MatAll clients
- Define scope, pricing, margins, and delivery models
- Oversee execution via a dedicated intern
- Ensure outcomes, learning loops, and profitability
- Build playbooks to scale this vertical sustainably
4. Partnerships, PR & Ecosystem Growth
- Drive local partnerships, influencer tie-ups, and community collaborations
- Build PR narratives, launch campaigns, and founder visibility
- Create win-win growth tie-ups with societies, brands, and ecosystems
5. Systems, Playbooks & Team Enablement
- Build SOPs, dashboards, templates, and growth playbooks
- Track CAC, ROI, content performance, and funnel metrics
- Enable CX, Community, and Ops teams with growth assets & frameworks
Who This Role Is For
- 2-5 years experience in growth, digital marketing, or brand roles
- Strong hands-on background in content + performance marketing
- Comfortable being both thinker and doer
- Proven growth experimentation mindset
- Deep comfort with AI tools for content, design, video, and analytics
- Startup-native: thrives in ambiguity, ownership, and speed
This role WILL:
- Own growth outcomes, not just marketing output
- Be hands-on in content creation & experimentation
- Build a revenue-generating marketing vertical
- Work directly with founders and cross-functional teams
This role WILL NOT:
- Be limited to strategy decks
- Be agency coordination work
- Be a pure social media or performance-only role

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
